1.Use of Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration or ordering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or at our discretion.

2. Products and Orders

• All products displayed are 100% certified (where applicable, with visible certifications). We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, prices, availability, and images, but these are for guidance only.
• Your order placement is an offer to purchase. We accept it (and form a binding contract) only upon confirmation (e.g., order email or status update).
• Prices are in Nigerian Naira (?) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

• Delivery is available within the Ikorodu axis for now.
• Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues. We aim for same-day/next-day as advertised.
• You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the location.
• For perishable items (e.g., fresh meats), we use temperature-controlled packaging.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (or pickup confirmation).
• Free delivery thresholds and fees are as stated on the site.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Perishables and fresh halal products are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective/damaged.
• Non-perishables may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition. Contact us first.
• Refunds for defective/wrong items or cancellations (before dispatch) are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• We comply with FCCPA consumer rights: clear information, fair treatment, and efficient complaint resolution.

6. User Conduct You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes or to violate any laws.
• Misuse, overload, or interfere with the platform.
• Post harmful, offensive, or infringing content (if applicable, e.g., reviews).

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:
